1. During warranty period, domestic warranty period of 12 months for entire machine, foreign sales, 12 months after shipment maintenance at the purchase site.
2. When warranty invalid, we charge service fee at its discretion. The after-sales service department mainly concerns about cost, not profit, and provides full support for sales.
